On 05/18/2017 Investigators arrested and charged 37 year old Joshua Ryan Kelly, of South Pontiac Street, with Theft of Property 3rd degree. This was in connection with a theft that occurred from a business in the 4800 block of Montgomery Highway. Bond has been set at $10,000.
All persons arrested are innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
