On 9/28/17 Alphonzo Sanders (38) was arrested for Torture, Willful Abuse of a Child under eighteen years of age, which occurred in the 800 block of Dusy Street on 8/8/17. Bond was set at $15,000.00.
All subjects are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
