A citizen requesting information on filing a compliment on or complaint against a police employee may notify the department of their comment via any of the following methods:

• Via our online commendation/complaint form;
• In-person by meeting with the Duty Officer at the front desk of the police department during regular business hours;
• Via US Mail by sending a letter detailing the incident with return contact information;
• Or via telephone by calling the non-emergency Communications telephone number at (334) 793-0215 and requesting an on-duty Supervisor return their call.
