The Municipal Court of the City of Dothan provides an Amnesty Court program for persons who find themselves in violation of court-ordered obligations either due to a failure to appear, failure to pay or failure to comply with a court-ordered referral.

This program is open to anyone who has or thinks they may have a warrant with the City of Dothan Municipal Court.

You must verify your eligibility by calling the Municipal Court at (334) 615-4155.

Walk-ins are not permitted on the day of Amnesty Court — you must call to verify first.

Amnesty Court only applies to City of Dothan warrants. If you have warrants with other municipalities, counties or the State of Alabama this court cannot help you with those cases.
