Man Charged With Breaking In Two Cars

Patrol responded to a call involving two cars which had been broken into in the 300 block of Daniel Circle. The suspect was tracked to a nearby motel where he was apprehended. Deh’Juan Rashad Sanders was charged with two counts of Unlawful Breaking and Entering of a Motor Vehicle. His bond was set at $15,000.00 on each count.

All subjects are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.

Shots Fired into a Vehicle Full of Children.

On 8/11/2017, Patrol Officers responded to the 600 block of Montana Street on a Domestic call involving shots fired. It was determined that Joshua Marquez Franklin fired a shot into a van occupied by two adult females and several small juveniles. The projectile traveled through the back window and through the passenger compartment into the front windshield. No one was struck. Franklin was charged with Discharging a Firearm into an Occupied Vehicle. At this time, no bond has been set.

Two Arrested for Theft of a Wallet

On August 10th 2017, Danyele Miller Masters and Kristopher James Phillips were arrested for Theft of Property 3rd Degree after an investigation into the theft of a wallet at the Waffle House in the 3500 block of the Circle. Their bonds were set at $10,000.00 apiece.

Arrest: Robbery 3rd Degree

On August 8th 2017, Patrol Officers responded to LaQuinta in the 3400 block of the Circle on a Robbery with shots fired call. The victim stated that Jeremy Edward Lynn tried to forcefully take his vehicle from him. The victim fired a single shot from his personal handgun “in the air” to scare off Lynn. Lynn fled the scene but was apprehended in a nearby business. Lynn was interviewed and arrested for Robbery 3rd Degree and his bond was set at $15,000.00.

Narcotics Arrest

On 08/10/2017 Vice Investigators initiated a traffic stop in the 3200 block of Ross Clark Circle. During the course of the traffic stop illegal narcotics were discovered. Investigators have arrested and charged 43 year old James Woods, of N. Herring Street, with Unlawful Possession of a Controlled Substance with Intent to Distribute.

Bond has been set at $15,000. All persons arrested are innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.

 

Narcotics Arrest

On 08/10/2017 Vice Investigators arrested and charged 30 year old Crystal Sheree Jackson, of Peach Farm Road Ashford, with Unlawful Possession of a Controlled Substance. This stems from officers with the patrol division making contact with Jackson in the 2200 block of Ross Clark Circle and finding her in possession of the narcotics.

Bond has been set at $1,500. All persons arrested are innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.

Arrest: Unlawful Breaking & Entering of a Motor Vehicle

On 8/10/2017, Joshua Jackson was arrested for Unlawful Breaking and Entering of a Motor Vehicle pursuant to an investigation into an event which occurred on Fieldcrest Lane on 8/7/2017. Bond was set at $2,500.00.

Jaqucos Dewayne Jackson – Theft of Property II

All subjects are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.

Arrest: Theft of Property 3rd Degree

On August 8th 2017, Ronald Kyle Moore and Haley Elizabeth Jordan, were arrested for Theft of Property 3rd Degree stemming from an incident that occurred on August the 3rd at Walmart Northside. Bonds were set at $10,000.00 apiece.

Arrests X3: Theft of Property 2nd Degree

On 8/8/2017, Erica Jenkins, Diane Mosley and Jaqucos Jackson were arrested for a theft which occurred on the same date at Belks. The subjects fled the scene but were apprehended on the Circle by Patrol Officers. Bonds were set at $10,000.00 apiece.

Arrest: Burglary 1st Degree

On August 9th 2017, Mia Robinson was arrested for a burglary committed in the 2400 block of Brown Street. Her bond was set at $10,000.00.
