On July 27, 2022, Timothy David Lloyd of Dothan was charged with 31 counts of Sexual Abuse First Degree and 25 counts of Sodomy First Degree. Lloyd, who is still in the Houston County Jail on those charges, has now been charged with 29 counts of Sexual Abuse of a Child Less than 12 on August 28, 2023. These new charges are a result of an ongoing investigation related to an additional victim. His bond for these new charges has been set at $870,000.00. In June of 2023, it was reported to the Dothan Police Department of possible sexual contact with a child by an adult male that occurred in the city limits of Dothan. An investigation began and at the conclusion, an arrest warrant was obtained for Sexual Abuse of a Child less than 12 years old on 38-year-old Avery Lerenzo Sanders of Dothan. Sanders was arrested on the warrant on Wednesday, July 12, 2023. His bond was set at $30,000.00. Due to the sensitive nature of this case, no further information will be released.
Avery Lerenzo Sanders Sexual Abuse of a Child less than 12 years old
On May 21, 2023, it was reported to the Dothan Police Department about an adult male electronically soliciting a juvenile under the age of 16 for a sexual purpose. Criminal investigators conducted an investigation and determined the reported facts did occur.
As a result, on May 31, 2023, Cesario Cacao Tec, 41 years old of Dothan, has been charged with one count of Electronic Solicitation of a Child. His bond has been set at $30,000.00. While conducting an Illegal Alien Query on Cacao Tec, a hispanic male, it was discovered he had an outstanding warrant with Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) for removal due to his illegal status. A detainer has been placed on him for ICE.
The Dothan Police Department’s Criminal Investigation is still ongoing and additional charges may be possible. Due to the nature of the investigation and the Alabama juvenile privacy laws, no further information will be released about the investigation.
Cesario Cacao Tec Electronic Solicitation of a Child
On April 27, 2023, the Dothan Police Department began investigating a reported sexual abuse of a child that occurred around the end of 2022 in the 200 block of Crossing Lane. At the conclusion of the investigation, a warrant was obtained for Sexual Abuse of a Child less than 12 Years Old on Carols Camonchos Miller, 41 years old of Headland. Miller was arrested on the outstanding warrant on May 21, 2023, and booked in the Houston County Jail. His bond was set at $30,000.00. Due to the sensitive nature of this case, no further information will be released.
Carlos Camonchos Miller – Sexual Abuse of a Child less than 12 Years Old
In January 2023, the Dothan Police Department was notified of allegations of sex crimes against a juvenile that had occurred over the past few years. An investigation has been ongoing since that time. As a result of the investigation, on March 13, 2023, warrants were obtained on the suspect for several sex crimes against a juvenile. All of the sex crimes involved the same victim. The suspect has been identified as Marlo Antonio Ming.
On March 14, 2023, officers made contact with Ming and arrested him for the outstanding warrants. At the time of his arrest, Ming was in possession of a firearm that was determined to be stolen. He was also in possession of marijuana, drug paraphernalia, and other material indicative of narcotic sales.
As a result, Marlo Antonio Ming, 26 years-old of Dothan, has been charged with two counts of Sexual Abuse of a Child less than 12 years old, one count of Sexual Abuse Second Degree, one count of Rape First Degree, one count of Receiving Stolen Property Second Degree, and one count of Possession of Marijuana First Degree. His total bond was set at $156,000.00.

Marlo Antonio Ming – Two counts of Sexual Abuse of a Child less than 12, One count of Sexual Abuse Second Degree, One Count of Rape First Degree, One count of Receiving Stolen Property Second Degree, and One Count of Possession of Marijuana First Degree
On January 30, 2023, the Dothan Police Department began investigating a report of possible sexual abuse of a child under the age of 16. When investigators went to make contact with the involved parties, they located three adults, three minor children, and illegal narcotics. As the investigation continued, it was discovered that one of the adults had inappropriate sexual contact with one of the minor children.
As a result of this investigation, the following individuals have been charged:
Anthony Ray Hartley Sr., 37 years-old of Dothan was charged with three counts of Chemical Endangerment of a Child. His bond was set at $45,000.00.
Kayla Michelle Tubbs, 33 years-old of Dothan was charged with three counts of Chemical Endangerment of a Child. Her bond was set at $45,000.00.
Gavin Eugene Grantham, 26 years-old of Dothan was charged with three counts of Chemical Endangerment of a Child, one count of Willful Abuse of a Child, and one count of Sexual Abuse Second Degree. His bond was set at $66,000.00.

Thursday night, February 23, 2023, Dothan Police were called to a local hospital to meet with a sexual assault victim. An investigation into the allegations was conducted and a search warrant was conducted at the location of the crime in which possible evidence was collected. As a result of the investigation, the suspect, 36 year old Ryan Harold Barber of Dothan was arrested and charged with one count of Rape First Degree. He is being held in the Houston County Jail with no bond at this time.
On February 6, 2023, the Dothan Police Department began investigating a possible sexual abuse case involving a juvenile victim under the age of 16. As a result of the investigation, the suspect, 31 year old Clinton Dale Hillman of Dothan, was arrested on Sunday February 12, 2023, and charged with three counts of Sexual Torture. The crimes are alleged to have been committed in January of 2022. His bond was set at $180,000.00.

The Dothan Police Department has been conducting an ongoing investigation into allegations of an adult male having inappropriate sexual contact with a juvenile under the age of 16. As a result of the investigation, on Thursday February 2, 2023, the Dothan Police Department charged 21 year-old Javanta Jaquan Campbell of Dothan with one count of Production of Child Pornography, two counts of Rape Second Degree, two counts of Traveling to Meet a Child for an Unlawful Sex Act, and three counts of Sodomy Second Degree. His bond has been set at $330,000.00.
Due to the nature of these crimes and the Alabama Juvenile Privacy laws, no further information will be released.
Javanta Jaquan Campbell – Production of Child Pornography X1, Rape Second Degree X2, Traveling to Meet a Child for an Unlawful Sex Act X2, and Sodomy Second Degree X3
On Sunday, October 30, 2022, the Dothan Police Department responded to the report of a sexual allegation in the 2800 block of Fortner Street. Officers spoke to the adult victim as well as the alleged suspect, Adrian Antwan Jett. After conducting a thorough investigation, it was believed Jett had engaged in sexual contact with the victim without the victim’s consent.
Adrian Antwan Jett, 40 years old of Dothan, was arrested and charged with one count of Rape First Degree. His bond was set at $10,000.00.
